I'm laid back - shorts and sandal or jeans (up north) but love to get dressed up and go out. I love to wear sweaters, although, my favorite season is Indian Summer. I'm old fashioned - I want you to get the door and my chair. I also don't expect you to take care of me. I am shy but I do have a voice. I am very comfortable with who I am and I'm not looking for someone to complete me. I am young at heart and love to have fun. I love to laugh. Oh but - I'm not into talking politics, but I do listen. I’m also not too much into sports especially Nascar. I don’t feel safe on motorcycles and I need to feel safe. I do love to drive fast though. Zoom, zoom is cool!
I'm spiritual and am thankful for all that I have. I am creative and thrive on change but need my home to re-energize myself. I am a visual person and love to be surrounded by beauty. I am accepting of others and their lessons. The teacher in me is slowly silencing her voice which is a good thing. I look for solutions instead of dwelling on problems. I believe in kind words and actions. I love kids and miss teaching.
I love books and music. I love unique stories that teach you something and songs with good lyrics. I also read lots of murder/mystery, Spiritual, and self help books. I thrive on learning new things.
I've lived and traveled all over the US and a bit in Europe. I grew up with a father that was a pilot so I'm used to traveling by plane - commercial or private. I love hot springs and waterfalls. I love the mountains and going on adventures.
I love rock and roll but lately I'm getting into country (love those deep voices), new age, Native American and world music. I also like some jazz - music with soul.
Hobbies -my friends and family travel, reading, books and music are key, writing, and new adventures, and art. Presently I'm writing kids books and learning about how to get published.
