Hi! I'm Debby. I'm pretty much your standard Gemini with a few differences. Like most people, I'm looking for that special someone I could spend the rest of my life with, but I want to be sure this time.

I love hanging out and talking for hours about everything from your favorite dirty joke to debating the direction the world is headed...what you think the next huge invention will be...anything really. I love to talk, as long as it's two sided. I don't look or act my age (on a side note, if you're not between 35-48 years, please stop reading and go look for someone closer to your own age). I like to party from time to time, but not clubbing...I prefer settings which allow for conversation, since that's where most of my fun comes from.

I've been married twice and have four kids, but only one of them live with me (15 year old son, no babysitter worries). The older two are on their own now and the youngest lives with his Dad in Las Vegas, NV. I lived in Vegas for 12 years before moving to Scottsdale (and now Phx) in August of 2008.

My likes: intelligent conversation, going out and having fun, staying in and having fun, flirting, intelligent conversation, gaming, playing pool (A friend has been teaching me and, surprisingly, I'm getting better), meeting new people, hanging out with friends, finding out about new things and learning new interests, being the center of attention (not all the time, though), learning (almost anything...I find it fascinating), listening to others talk (especially about things I don't know much about...I learn quickly and am usually able to contribute to the conversation soon enough), etc. I could actually go on forever with this list. I love life, in general...and almost everything in it.

Dislikes: being judged, being outdoors in the heat, heights, mean people, being bored, staying home ALL the time, neat freaks, people you can't depend on (if you say you're going to call at a certain time and don't, you better apologize when you actually do call). ;)

Some of my traits:: Intelligent, good conversationalist, funny, witty, flirty, dreamer, I like who I am (although I'm not perfect), I get along with almost everyone, I'm talkative and social, I get bored easily, but also am entertained easily, I'm a great listener, I'm very empathetic, very accepting (read 'not judgmental'), I'm a very positive person and can almost always find the possible good side of anything bad. I'm sensitive, but not overly so, I'm caring and very giving (sometimes to my detriment), I appreciate the little things, thoughtful gestures go a long way with me, I love surprises, I can appear flighty at times, but I'm not. I skip around on subjects a lot when I talk, mostly because my mind is always 5 steps ahead of my mouth. I try to keep a good mix or 'have to' and 'want to' in my life. I'm well aware of how short life is and I want to enjoy it without wrecking it in the process. Balance is good.

I listen to Country Music (new stuff, not old), but I also like Classic Rock, 80's Music, etc. Rascal Flatts, Martina McBride, The Eagles, The Beatles, Journey, etc.

Favorite movies are generally Thrillers, Suspense, Fantasy, SciFi, and the occasional Chick Flick.
Serenity is one of my favs. Also the Final Fantasy movies, fun stuff like I Robot, Independence Day, Matrix, Dark City, etc.

Favorite books are RPG type books, like Dragonlance, or Thriller/Suspense books.

I like all kinds of foods, but my favorites usually contain potatoes, mushrooms, chicken or beef, tons of cheese, and other things I love. I enjoy food, although I don't eat a lot.

I’m looking for a Caucasian 35+, if you are over 45 then please at least look young for your age, since I do. I am in no way racist or any kind of age-ist. It’s just about attraction. You should be good looking, but not think you’re God’s gift to women. Confident, but not overly**** (a little bit is sexy). Someone who has had long relationships and/or marriage in the past is preferable. Smart, funny, dependable, settled, passionate, romantic are all desirable. I’m not interested in settling, I’ve tried that and it doesn’t work for long. I’ll probably get hate mail for all this, but it’s better to have it out there so no one’s time is wasted

For a first date, it should always be a nice quiet location where you can talk and get to know each other over dinner. And, if that goes well, something fun like playing pool and having a few drinks afterward.
