I am very passonate about many things. Currently the history of Rome and of the American Revolution. I try to keep up with the market and with world events and politics. I got bit by the travel bug and journey on many unplanned international trips. I have recently been to Mexico, Belice, Guatamala & Ireland. I have as of late done quite a bit of ancestoral research which is fascinating. I speak Spanish, I think a lot in Spanish. I like to eat healthy food and tend to be a food snob and cook a lot. If you don't like Mexican food, I'm not your fish. I respect intelligence and enjoy a sense of humor because you can't take the world too seriously. I took sailing over the summer & love it, and always have to put on those skis during the winter months. Book this month: A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson.

On a first meeting, I would just like to converse in order to get a feel for each other, over coffee or a drink. Then, if there is a mutual interest our first date could be dinner, a good movie,a comedy club or a get together with friends.
