First things first...I am a friendly, outspoken, funny, witty and intelligent woman who is getting back into shape. (I've lost 30 pounds in the past three months and am still going!) I included a pic of my "in transition". Here's how I did it: I rode my bike all summer, play tennis currently and love walking outdoors with my dogs or on the treadmill at the YMCA.
I own my own home, car, "Sunday driver" (AKA classic car), and motorcycle (but I'm not a tough, hard "biker b*tch"). I am self sufficient for the most part---I do not NEED anything from anyone but time, affection, good conversation (and an occasional backrub since I cannot do that myself):-) Once I meet the right person I am VERY monogamous. I hope to find the same mindset in a white gentleman between the ages of 40 and 54 (Facial hair and/or hairy chest is a PLUS!) He should be fun, friendly, outgoing with a wacky sense of humor that matches mine. I love to do just about anything if the company is right...from reading the Sunday paper sprawled out on the couch, to crunching the leaves beneath our feet as we hike a trail through the woods. I like concerts, car shows, finding a hidden diner off route 66, touring my hometown like the Science Center, City Museum, or Arch on a Saturday. I am full of life and love and want to find a partner to share it all with! I have no kids of my own but love them enough to make teaching my career!

Meeting for a "meet and greet" after a discussion on the phone seems like the way to go for me. We can figure it out then, but a good connection with conversation wins out over "love at first sight". Sometimes attraction is a gradual thing for me. Let's find out...
