Ok...I'm not very good at this, but here goes -

I'm quite career driven (wont deny it), but away from work i'm completely easy-going and a naturally happy go lucky sort of person.
I avoid negativity or sulky bad moods at all costs, and find it difficult to be around overly pessimistic people.
Spontaneity is key, and someone who doesnt necessarily need a script to plan their day will find a kindred spirit in me.
I can be tactful and maybe a little quiet at times, but usually bluntly honest with my thoughts.

Fair to say that i do sometimes get bored of the mundane fairly quickly, so always up for interesting new challenges. And i'm (usually) happy to try things at least once. Maybe even twice if i'm not sure about the first time! Suggest something different from the norm, and you will have my undivided attention.
And yes, i really am willing to jump in the car at a minutes notice.....And just head off to wherever, at any time of day or night!
Personal favourites are the N. Wales coast and some of the lesser-known Greek Islands.
I do have several 'dream' destinations in mind as well. And they mostly involve snow, Huskies, and the Northern Lights.

Huge music fan with a fairly eclectic taste that ranges from Beethoven to Black Sabbath -- The only real exception being rap music(?).
If you want to hear a grown man scream etc etc....
One day i might be bouncing off the walls to stuff like Rammstein or Nickelback. And on another, relaxing in a candlelit room to Enya or Enigma.
Whatever suits the mood i guess.
Creed, Talk Talk, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and Stevie Nicks are top of the playlist for the moment. Does change quite often though.
Other stuff includes playing sport (badminton), Wigan RLFC, eating-out around the local villages, following the sunset, being by the ocean, thunderstorms, chilly Autumn and Winter walks, writing short stories, and the daily arm-stretching trek around Delamere Forest with my 3 Siberian Bulldozers.......Erm, Huskies!
Some dislikes - Monday mornings, people cracking their knuckles, Rugby Yawnion, People-Carrier cars, salad cream, and Sky TV ads. :)

I think it would be great to meet someone like-minded, but also different enough to create the magical spark that everybody searches for...But rarely finds.
By the way, i'm really not into email / text relationships. So if that kind of thing is for you? Please pass me by.
I'm just looking for that one special person really, although new friends are always welcome.
