well im at a point in my life right now where im doing what i want and its feeling great! ive finally found a way to express myself and it just so happens to be with food. i feel that cooking brings out a side of me that most, even i havent seen before. i have to admit, its wonderful!
im currently working on getting my Red Seal and im almost there and just keeping busy as a bee! other than my job, i try to keep my life spontaneous and unpredictable. even though it might not work out that way, but im trying. i want to live, experience and learn something new everyday and so far, its been going well.

-im a fan of people who are straight up (say what you mean and mean what you say)
-i think humour is very important. even if its childish at times.
-food is my passion. love to cook, love to eat and love to learn about food.
-family/friends are important to me, even tho we're busy at times, we're still there!
-not into the club scene, but im totally down for a lounge or pub. love a good beer.
-i have a tape-deck in my car with no tapes so i listen to the radio all the time! :)
-i dig random. anything unexpected is fantastic. as long as its not creepy.
-tonnes of love for all animals. from ant eaters to zebras, love em all.
-i feel bad for the animals that taste good tho :(
-i only have 1, but tattoos are wicked...sometimes. skull and flames? really???
-i love TV. discovery channel, food network, A&E, showcase, OLN...
-who has hobbies? like i fcuking knit or collect stamps..GET OUTTA HERE WITH HOBBIES!
-did i mention i love food?
-dont have a fav type of music, i just like music. even elevator music rocks!
-wants to learn how to play guitar and saxamaphone.
-i ate a chocolate covered grasshopper once :)
-when i was 20, i wiped my booger on this person who was so mean. they deserved it!
-dont mind the occasional brush with mary jane. helps me create sometimes.
-eggs benedict, duck confit, caramelized onions, chipotle hollandaise, TO DIE FOR!!!
-i truly love white shoes!
-im a smoker, so what? kiss my a$$, deal with it!
-some people say i have problems because i smell everything, that a bad thing?
-infatuated with war history, ancient history and chinese history.
-my arch enemies are insurance and taxes
-i like computers too :)
-i keep forgetting i was born in 1983!!!
-red heads do it for me. something about them screams fire and passion and..so on ;)
-i eat alot, but cant gain a pound! not even a gram for crying out loud!
-with the above statement being said, please do not feel sad.
-my most favorite thing in the world to do is writing personal profiles! F this crap!

i see myself as a very nonchalant, relaxed, calm and collective individual. i dont like to live in the past, but crave whats to come. people say im down to earth and easy to get along with. but sometimes i can be a little vulgar. afterall, i dont need to impress anyone but myself! simplicity is key and keeping things that way makes my life alot easier. "people say i eat too many chocolate bars" hahaha, had to throw that in.

im up for everything and anything. especially if its new to me and there's food after. i had alot of fun in my life and i dont plan on stopping, but my fun will not get in the way of what matters and thats my happiness. im passionate about what i want and what i have to do in my life. that will never change.

i look to meet someone that shares some characteristics as i do, but would also like someone who has many differences. i dont want someone thats exactly like me...god i would die! lol variety is bliss people! friends would be a good start, lets see how it rolls from there!

you would think i would say the obvious and go for dinner or cook dinner, but i'd totally take my date go-karting, to an old folks home to entertain the seniors, nice long drive for a picnic, building snow forts then having a war after, go eat ice cream in a sauna and see how fast we can eat without getting severe brainfreeze, maybe get some tattoos...who knows, it depends on how im feeling on that day!
