Well, like my user name describes, I am never bored. I love to play volleyball--beach and indoor. I think it helps to keep me young and in shape. I have a Bachelor’s in Earth Science, so I am fun on camping trips ;) Building furniture is one of my passions, although I don't build much these days because I am focusing on my other work. Building and fixing things are what I naturally do best. I am always interested in using new building techniques I’ve never used before. I have one of those jobs that fit me perfectly (no, I am not a construction worker, handyman, carpenter, mechanic). I love to be creative and to observe creativity. I look for creativity in places where people wouldn't really expect it like in science or in everyday activity. I enjoy making people happy and encouraging others to enjoy life. It makes me feel good.

I'm somewhat of a work-aholic simply because I enjoy what I do. For work, I use all the talents and skills I learned growing up to create random things for random needs. It's like being McGyver everyday :) I'm also attending graduate school. Working on a Masters degree at the moment but I'm going to stick it out for the PhD.

I’m pretty busy most of the time with work, school, volleyball, daydreaming, and whatever else comes up at the spur of the moment, which is why I’m not opposed to casual dating. On the other hand, if I meet someone that I click with and we both want to settle down, then that would be great also.

I am a good guy and a gentleman but that doesn’t mean I’m one of those guys that’s a push over. I stand up for what I think is right and I don’t take crap from anyone. I do exercise patience though when I am met with opposition; which is probably why I don’t ever feel the need to fight. Really, outside of this tuff exterior is a genuine softy ;)

If you’re in a great mood then I am on top of the world. If you aren’t, then I am likely going find a way to make your day brighter.

I always hear stories about the “creepy guy” from the internet. Just to let you know—I’m not a “creepy guy” :) I would really hate to be labeled as one so I stay away from the creepy dating techniques. If you aren’t interested in me, then that’s fine and I wish the best for you. Chemistry goes both ways and there are plenty of other girls that I can get along with in this world. Hopefully I find the one that matches the best someday :)

I’m interested in a woman that knows how to open up but can give space at the same time. Someone that is trust worthy, but more importantly can give trust. I will never cheat on a woman that I’m in a relationship with and I expect her to realize that I have integrity. I also want a woman that likes to just relax and have a simple quiet evening. Although I like to go out, when I’m out on a date I don’t really focus on anything but her anyway. It doesn’t matter where we go—all that matters is that I’m with her and she appreciates the fact that we’re are together. I love both great conversations and just hanging out and not talking. I believe when two people are connected they have the ability to simply be next to each other and their bond just keeps growing.

Patience and understanding is a plus in a woman’s character. A part of my success in life is the fact that I focus a lot of thought on my work. Having a woman that understands that there are times where I need to put all my concentration on a project is a plus. I create some pretty awesome things for work that I mostly design in my head so concentration is important to me. If you understand what I am talking about then I would love to meet you.

I guess I should throw in some preferences on physical looks too. For me to be in a relationship with a woman then personality is number one. I will not date someone whose character I don’t like no matter how hot she is. But on the other hand, health is important. I also want someone that I enjoy looking at, and I’m sure you do too. I am not interested in dating woman with a few extra pounds. Sorry, but that’s just me. I keep myself healthy and in shape and I would like the woman I end up with to do the same.
