I'm just finishing up my final year at the University of Waterloo but find that I’m busier with my job. Last year I juggled a fulltime job and five on-campus courses. Despite my busy schedule I’m positive that I could find all the time in the world to devote to someone special.

Recently I’ve become quite enthralled with travelling. I was quite fortunate this past summer; I traveled to Southeast Asia for nearly five months. My firm sent me to the Philippines to work; I also found time to explore Thailand, Japan, and Vietnam. I love that my career has allotted me some fantastic travel opportunities!

More than anything else, I’d have to say that my passion is music. I’m addicted to it (mostly classic rock and newer alt. rock kind of stuff). My favourite bands include (but are not limited to): The Band, Led Zeppelin, Attack In Black, The Gaslight Anthem, and the Constantines. I also enjoy attempting to play guitars…I own quite a few, but don’t let that fool you, I’m really quite an amateur.

I love concerts and catch at least one a month (mostly lesser-known rock or alt. rock bands).

Typically I’m quite comedic - a combination of wittiness, wryness, and sarcasm. Although I must admit that I can be a bit shy when I first meet someone new, but I do warm up to people very quickly (certainly my friends wouldn’t describe me as shy).

I absolutely adore going for random drives. Unfortunately I drive a Toyota Echo (its been described as ‘cute’ in the past)…but it’s great on gas and has a decent sound system (which only helps to facilitate my love of random drives). Seriously though, once I drove from Waterloo to Ohio…and back…in one day!

I’m interesting in pursuing a possible long-term relationship but I’m not looking to rush into anything. I’m definitely a relationship-oriented kind of guy though. Lately, I find myself more interested in the idea of spending romantic nights in (dinner, movie, cuddle), but I do enjoy going out as well (especially to concerts!).

Finally, just so you know, I can’t dance. Sorry…
