Well a good friend of mine has has some luck on this site so I figured why not give it a try. I'm not really in to the bar or club scene so where else do people go to meet these days? of course online. I consider myself a pretty normal single guy, lives alone, no kids, never married, works, lol...the standard I guess.

I'm a mutt....Italian, German, Irish, French, English, and Polish...if that's not an interesting mix I don't know what is!

I like to cook, most of my friends know me for my cooking when it comes to parties. I play pool once a week, enjoy the company of my friends, and try to do things on the weekends that make them worth while. I have a good sense of humor and love to make people laugh. I think humor is important, I like witty and sarcastic humor the most. I like all kinds of music (mostly rock tho) as long as I can understand what's being said I'm usually fine with it, except show tunes and Christmas music...hell no, you may like them and that's fine, but listen to them while you're not with me, pls...:) Movies, I like suspense, mystery, action, comedy (the good kind, not bad spoof comedy) but i'm not really into those gory movies, people give me a hard time for never wanting to watch "saw" but the whole theme never appealed to me. I work a normal 40hr week but i squeeze a lot in to that time since I have ambition and a desire to be something more....I'd like to see the same type of drive in whoever I date, I mean she doesn't have to be ultra competitive but at least have a desire to do better. I'm pretty new to this whole online dating scene. I'm not a fist pumping, blow out hair guido jackass so don't worry about that, and if that's what you're looking for, keep it moving.

I'm pretty open as far as first date ideas,...typically I'd rather not do a movie since you really can't talk or get to know someone at a movie, however it does give you something to talk about later so that can go both ways. Maybe a drink and appitizers, coffee, dinner, whatever is appropriate, I'd even cook for you while we shared a drink and good conversation, hahaha...at least you'd see me in action in my kitchen :P I guess as long as the conversation and chemistry are there it really doesn't matter what we're doing...I'm not picky
