Hi, my name is Marty.I live in Northern CA,Where the giant Redwoods grow.I worked in sawmills most of my life,but that industry is dying fast.I now work at a c-store. I have a 20 year old son named Chris. My family was one of the pioneering families of this area,and I am 7th generation here. I am a hard-core Nascar fan,I go to all the local races as well as watch them on tv (#17 my favorite).I love to explore our area,and one of my favorite things to do is is to pick a road i've never been on and follow it to see where it goes (within reason).This has made me a great guide to Humboldt County.
