What I’m doing with my life:

-I want to be an author, professor, and perhaps a forensic psychologist. What I desire most is to work with college students to realize their potential. I'm really relaxed with rules and "the system" so I can be a professor students can relate to.
-Right now I am just working on Masters programs and working.
-I study the Psychology of Men and Masculinity. AKA why men do what they do, what is masculinity? What causes it? What are the "darkside" symptoms and societal effects of the darkside of masculinity, etc.
-Yes, I like chick flicks.


My favorite books, movies, music, and food:

-The New Psychology of Men. It is an anthology of developmental research edited by Ronald Levant and William Pollack.
-Men and Sex. It is an anthology of research that explains the progression of the male mind and its process of femininity. Key topics include the Centerfold Syndrome, which is the image that society portrays women: as objects, for male pleasure, and as subordinate. The writers of this research are members of Division 51 of the APA (The Society for the Psychological Study of Men and Masculinity), which is a pro-feminist movement to understand the development of male socialization and its interaction with an emerging respect for femininity.

Movies: Tuesdays with Morrie. I want to be a professor like him. Any suspense thriller. And I recently saw Made of Honor and thought it was a pretty sweet movie.

Music: Rascal Flatts... there really is no second place. Though I hear in Boston, noone likes them :( I don't dislike any music

-I'm not a huge bar fan, but I go from time to time. I am usually just hangin out with friends out at dinner or a sporting event.
-The North End takes all my money :) I am always up for meeting new people and showing them around the greatness of the worlds best Italian Food. I love Al Dente's and Giovannis
