First if you cannot see past the outside you probably should stop now, I am a big bear like guy, I do work out 3 to5 days a week and I am active but a couple of setbacks has left me with extra pounds, I have survived cancer, jumped out of a perfectly good airplane 105 times (the last time was almost 18 ears ago though), I have traveled 5 of the 7 continents and would love to see more of the world! I am always accused of being the “nice guy” So if you want a guy who will treat you like dirt, want you to support him, or like to be slapped around I am not the guy for you.

I have a fantastic, extremely smart, athletic, funny, lovable son (11) who lives with me 1/2 time, I am also very involved in his life, I coach his little league team, I coach older kids in Football and I run the scoreboard for his basketball team. We love to camp, fish, go to the beach, Disneyland, baseball and football games and Go Winterhawks. We both are avid readers, love to go to the movies, and take our two dogs on a walk (12 year old black lab, and a 3 year old golden retriever)

Update; We lost our 12 year old lab a few weeks ago so it is just one dog right now but he is a fun and lovable handful!

I myself also enjoy the theater, live music, wine tasting, and checking out new restaurants!, I am a fantastic cook, and love to BBQ for a crowd, (I have built a contraption to roast a whole pig for my friends birthday last year, and I have BBQed for 500 people when I worked for a large corporation in Vancouver). I hold the door for a lady and bring flowers just because. I will treat you to your favorite dinner for no reason at all or to cheer you up after a hard week. If it is broke around the house I can probably fix it and yes I have tons of tools

I am looking for the proverbial last first date, I am a one woman guy and would just like to find the lady for me and spend the rest of my life making her laugh, cuddling in front of the fire and experiencing all that life has to offer with. I am a great kisser and very affectionate so please take that into account as well, because if you are not well we won’t get along
