I'm not really sure why I'm here.
All I know is that I have looked for the right girl in all the wrong places. And my friend just won't shut up about trying to find someone ... so at least this gets him off my back. Besides, you never know what's on the other side of a door until you walk through it.
I'm a simple guy. My life revolves around my lovely children and my wonderful, chaotic job. If I'm not at a playground, I'm in the newsroom (or at a crime scene or the cop shop or the courthouse).
I love, love, love to make my kids laugh. They are my best friends and partners in crime.
And I think my job is totally cool and completely interesting. But between work and babies, there isn't a whole lot of time for anything else.
Especially dating.
I tell people that I don't need anybody in my life other than my children, but that's a lie.
Everybody needs somebody. Somebody who stays up late and laughs with you until it's almost sunrise. Somebody to hold hands with at the park. Somebody to eat ice cream with on a hot summer afternoon. Somebody who listens to you.
Somebody you can listen to.
Honest: I'm skeptical about this. But I'm a sucker for a pretty smile and a good heart. And I guess it's worth a shot.

I'm easy and open to just about anything.
