Every year when I was a kid, I asked Santa for a remote control helicopter but he never brought me one. So I got a job, made some coin and bought one! :-)

I smile a lot and enjoy making others laugh...sometimes I just like making myself laugh...Come to think of it, I do this a lot. Whit, sarcasm, tongue and cheek, whatever as I can a total goofball or staunchly serious. Storytelling is fun and I can be quite chatty. I’m well educated but completely not stuffy. I don't mind labeling myself as a dork.

I'm from Springfield, IL and I just arrived in town for my company and am staying downtown at least for now. Often I just go out and walk around to see what there is to see. Sometimes I'll talk to homeless people just to see what's crackin'. City exploration is cool as I’m a curious and adventurous person by nature. I’ll jump out of an airplane or press "that" button just to see what will happen. I drink alcohol in small quantities somewhat often. Trying a new restaurant is fun but I also cook at home almost daily. I'm a believer in the fact that you can cook for "just" one. Don't know how? I'll show ya!

When I cook just for me, the meals are usually quite basic but I'll experiment from time to time especially if I have a helper! Cooking with a partner is fun. Food in general is really great and eating might be considered one of my hobbies...although as you can see by my photos I still manage to watch my figure.

I LOVE cars, have a few and do my own mechanical work. I'll try not to bore you with the details unless of course you're curious and ask. I also love to drive and take little road jaunts. Politics are HUGE with me! MSNBC is often on in the background of my home while I fiddle around. I support the Democrats because I care about people and my country...And sex scandals are fascinating!

I’m not "into" sports anymore but I will go with you to see a game and I will have fun. Are there going to be nachos with hot peppers? Can we go to the movies later? I love foreign and domestic travel but need a travel buddy. Wanna go to Machu Pichu?!

I can be very outgoing and social with friends and even strangers in line at the grocery store but at times can be found watching movies at home with my 14 yr old Himalayan cat. I used to dress up when working in politics/public relations but now I rock out in a big truck and come home dirty. It’s kinda fun but I’m gonna go back to my roots soon enough as I must stick to my passions.

I don't have very much family so the little that I do have is very important to me. I have a few really close friends but most of them do not live here. I have numerous acquaintances to enjoy fun times with.

I'm looking for a chica who has a sense of humor! I need a gal who can laugh at herself and me. You should have passions, hopes and dreams that you plan on making reality for yourself. Please be kind, intelligent and lean left politically. The more adventurous with the least amount of restrictions, the better!! I love romance and I enjoy being affectionate.
