I'm a native Montrealer who moved to Vancouver 3 years ago (via Halifax) for graduate school. Though I'm happy with my choice (my other option was Edmonton) I've only recently started to consider Vancouver my home. I'm sure this city still has more to offer than what I've seen so far.

Outside of school, I like attending concerts and my personal taste tends to skew towards indie rock. I've also recently started playing rugby. This might seem off-putting, but after playing 12 years of football, I missed hitting people and rugby seemed the best route to satisfy this desire. I swear I'm not as brutish as I've made myself appear. Maybe I should write an ode to the bumblebee to balance this a bit?

Maybe a show at the Biltmore or sitting on my back porch smoking cigars. I've been interested in seeing some local roller derby events if there any. It would really depend on where our personalities overlap. Worst case scenario: 2nd base.
