I'm in the north-east end of Toronto, born in England, came here when I was 3 months old, never married, 6ft, good shape, light tanned complexion, attractive (so I've been told), good sense of humour, love kids (very close to my nephews), conciderate, university educated, have a successful job in the financial sector, and am an easy going & fun-loving person.

I enjoy movies, sports, jogging, dinners, cooking, travelling, camping, etc. I also admit to being a Leaf fan...a very long suffering one at that. Hopefully one of these years it will actually pay off having seasons tickets!

Some of my cooking specialties:
Cheesecake - The creamiest, most luscious mouth watering cheesecake you have ever tried in your life. I added a new twist on it for this Thanksgiving and blew everyone away.

Pizza - the crispiest, most delicious homemade pizza you have ever had. In order to get it really crispy the trick is to brush with olive oil and partially bake the crust before adding the other toppings.

Beer Can Chicken - Works great on the bbq and a regular oven. Stuff the cavity with lemon wedges, garlic, and rosemary, then stick the can where the sun don't shine. Juciest most delicious chicken you ever had.

Panna Cotta - my newest addition to my repertoire. Infuse the cream with some exotic flavours and add just enough gelatine to barely set it. The mouth feel is incredible.
