I am a loyal, honest, sensitive, caring guy with a big heart, looking for a girl who is similar and wants to also find that special someone. I also have a great sense of humor and am always the funniest one in the group. I have been told numerous times I should be a stand-up comedian. I also don't really like the "bar/club scene" and can do without it. But I venture out to a bar with friends every once in a while. I am looking for my companion, a life-partner, someone who also wants that one person in their life they can tell anything and trust NO MATTER WHAT. I am looking for a strong girl, not someone who will abandon me if things get tough. I have never cheated, and I never will. Some of my favorite words are HONOR and LOYALTY. Just looking for someone who can be as loyal, committed and devoted as myself. Must like dogs! I have a fully trained pure-bred English Chocolate Lab. His name is Pete. I also love the outdoors, and being outside under the stars on the river during the summer is where you can find me. My religion says "other" because I am not really religious. I was raised Catholic, even went to private school 1st grade through 5th, so I have the morals and standards without the hypocrisy. I believe in something, but I refuse to label or illustrate it and force it on to others. I guess I just think nature is the closest thing to a "god" that we have, and I love nature. I am the youngest of 6 (3 sisters, 2 brothers), and our mom raised us well.

I enjoy playing poker with friends, fishing for striped bass, UFC/MMA, and I listen to mostly rock. I do like some rap, but mostly older stuff from the 80's, 90's and early '00's.

I love hot tea with fresh sliced lemons. Homemade soups (especially in the winter). Chinese food. Good pizza or pasta. Teriyaki steak. And I love green beans and carrots, too.

I am a simple man, and never ask for much. I love the "little things"...holding hands, expressing feelings back and forth through writing, and just being together. I have been in a very serious relationship and thought I had found "the one", however she proved me wrong and things changed drastically. I am just looking for someone to love, and someone who will love me back. It seems so hard to find genuine love these days...and even harder to find someone trustworthy. I may have some lingering abandonment fears, so I am still afraid to let myself go and give myself to someone else, but I am here now trying......I am willing to see what can happen.

Up in the air on this one. I have too many ideas lol. But I should mention a serious pet-peeve of mine.......when people write things like "I'm a nice person, friendly, kind, open-minded, honest, sincere" blah blah blah atc etc etc, then they don't even write back to you and acknowledge someones sincere interest in them. LMAO. It's just amusing to me...."nice, friendly, kind, open-minded", then they don't respond to those who show interest. So, NO, you're not "nice, friendly, kind, open-minded". Almost ironic.....

So don't state those things on a profile to describe yourself!
