Rather new to Florida, relocated from TX to be closer to family. I am independent, self-sufficient, not needy or high maintenance, easy going, do not like argueing. Do not like negativity and will not take part in it. I am more of an early bird then night owl. Enjoy about anything outdoors, but trying a new recipe on a rainy day is also good, like to cook. I enjoy horseback riding, camping, fishing, home improvement projects and love the mountains, especially the Smokys.
Married once in my 20's and single since. There was a time in the past that I had no problem being alone, well guess Im ok with it now but I really dont like it much.
I work at a Veterinary hospital and have a passion for animals......all kinds.
I also enjoy most all types of music but not much into rap. Prefer classic rock and country.
The person that I would like to meet would be strong but sensitive, affectionate but not clingy, kind and careing, likes himself and doesnt make excuses, picks himself up when he falls but ok with a little help dusting off now and then, knows that we are not all perfect, willing to work out differences and find a good balance.
