The value I place on my relationship is simple: it comes first, everything else comes second. My girlfriend/partner is my best friend, so that's what I'm looking for. Best friends give unconditional support. And 50/50 works for me. I am looking for long term, but put "Dating" as that's the first step.

I think relationships are all about sharing common values. Tops for me are family first, integrity, and humility. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Without that there can't be any real connection. A great sense of humour is probably the most appealing quality for me, and some sarcasm doesn't hurt either. Yes the physical attraction is a must, but being funny and being able to have fun are as important.

Its important to share certain fundamental common interests. But its also important that each person maintain their own interests and identity. Staying active and in (reasonably) good shape are mutual interests and goals to last a lifetime.

I'm a youthful, athletic, active guy, looking for a youthful, athletic, active girl. Okay, two out of three will do....okay, maybe.... Comfortable in my own skin, easy going, and take pride in things that I do. I am an independent thinker and value that in others, and don't have to follow the crowd. I am naturally curious and inquisitive, will try (most) anything twice. I know a little about alot of things, and like to think I can carry on an intelligent conversation about most anything. I'm pretty good at Trivial Pursuit!! Damn good at Pictionary!!!!

My work is important, after all we spend most of our lives doing it. But it does not define me. I work for a large company, I enjoy my position, it challenges me every day, and I'm financially comfortable. But climbing the corporate ladder isn't all its cracked up to be. My sense of self and happiness are more important, and I don't want to move again. I'm very happy being back home.

Music tastes are classic rock and classic pop, but also some of the newer stuff and some R & B. Enjoy live concerts, especially at a smaller venue like the Capital Theatre.

Something informal, with a relaxed atmosphere where both people can feel comfortable and have easy conversation. Can't say exactly what we would do without knowing anything about the other person and what they might like.
