About Me:

Broad of shoulder and narrow of hip; quick to smile with an easy laugh; long haired, almost to my waist, and loyal to a fault when it comes to family and friends. I own and operate a small tree company so I'm in rather good shape. I also have a Border Collie named Bolo. She's 10 months old. Wow what a handful

I have strong core values, instilled at an early age. As I was raised by a single mother, I had no choice! I have no children of my own although I do love them and they seem to be comfortable with me. I own my own house - a fixer upper. It has been a real challenge restoring everything but it is coming along nicely.

I like relaxing with one of my odd books that I collect; hanging out with friends, although I don't get to do that as much as I would like, listening to music; playing with my dog and teaching her to become a great companion; watching my house become my home; laughing hard and long or quiet whispers in my ear. I like working hard, playing hard, and staying in bed late on Sunday morning with one woman who means everything to me.

What I'm looking for out here:

A woman that is honest with herself as well as those around her. Someone that I can take to a mud bog in a pair of jeans and boots one night and the next night maybe some fine dining in heels and the little black dress. A lady that enjoys all sorts of music. A lady that would go to the DIA with me to see a rare exhibit; a rock concert; or curling up in front of a fire with a glass of wine to stare at the flames and enjoy simply being together. I would like to meet a lady that has her own things going in life. A woman that has a career and her own house. A woman that would want to share some of her time with me. A woman that's not afraid to hold hands in public or show her affection to me. Maybe someone that would like a quiet evening at home talking about the first thing that comes to our minds. A lady that can respect my feelings and a need for privacy, and I will do the same.

Something quiet and easy. Perhaps a glass of wine in a small cafe or a coffee in a coffee shop out of the way somewhere. I don't think first dates should be to a movie, very hard to talk and get to know one another.
