I love life and all the wonderful things it has to offer.I try to always be happy as for every moment we make ourselves unhappy we rob ourselves of a moment of happiness. I am not looking for someone to complete me as I try to be complete in myself two half people cannot make a whole .But I am looking for someone to share the wonderful gifts life has to offer.I am very passionate about all I do .I am very loving,respectful,fun loving,kind and generous,I truly care about people. I am very fit in mind ,body,and spirit,I enjoy being physically active but also like to take it easy at times it is so important to take time to smell he roses.Animals and kids like me and I them.I am very handy and good at building an fixing things.I was a registered massage therapist for 22 years and have studied many other forms of alternative medicine;I am currently hold the title of white medicine man for a couple of native tribes on the west coast.

My mother sent me a poem the other day that deeply moved me as it is how I live my life. It goes as follows:

I think that Love is an interesting thing It surrounds us but it can only happen as much as we allow it to.The more we look at the imperfections in others the less love that can flow towards them.Everyone has imperfections but everyone also has strengths that make them special and as long as we only focus on the weaknesses we will never see the strengths in others which keeps the love from flowing; this includes ourselves the more we focus on our own weaknesses the less love we give to ourselves which means the less love we have to give to others.

I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it fade it or fix it.I want to know if you can be with JOY, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let ectasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning to be careful,be realistic,or to remember the limitations of being a human.

It doesnt interest me if the story you are telling me is true.
I want to know if you can disapoint another to be true to yourself; if you can bear the accusations of betrayal and not betray your own soul.I want to know if you can be faithful and therefore be trustworthy.I want to know if you can see beauty even when it is not pretty every day, and if you can source your life from IT's presence. I want to know if you can live with failure,yours or mine,and still stand on the edge of a lake,and shout to the silver of the full moon:"YES!"

It doesnt interest me to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up after a night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done for the children.

It doesnt interest me to know who you are or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand at the edge of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesnt interest me where or what or with whom you have studied.
I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away, I want to know if you can be alone with yourself,and if you like the company you keep in the empty moments.
