-If you don't play games, great. If you play games, even better. Just don't be flaky, if you say you will be there at 3, be there at 3.
-Being able to cook scores bonus points.
-Being able to construct a full sentence will also score you bonus points.
-Have some goals, know what you want in life.
-Must like to have fun. I know this is a alot to ask, but I promise I will make it as painless as possible.
