I might as well start with the most basic of the basic. My name it Jon, and I am 26 years old. I love movies of all kinds, and one of my favorite activities is curling up to watch a good one or even a bad one.
I love to read and would consider myself fairly well read. Oddly enough though, as much as I love indoor activities like books and movies, I also love outdoor ones. I love to climb and hike. I love walks through the neighborhood.
I am not too keen on going on and on about myself, but I love to tell stories. I have had an odd life and am filled with them. I have a great sense of humor, but it is very quirky at times.
So a little about what I am looking for in a woman. I like open minded, confident women, who have a sense of adventure. I like someone willing to go out and experience this world. You have to have a great sense of humor, and you have to be able to hold a good conversation.
I have to confess that I am a bit of a nerd, but one of the socially acceptable sorts. I have a clear opinions of who the best star trek captain is, but I know to keep my damn fool mouth shut about it. I am also a big fan of the PA Renn Faire and have a season pass there. Soooo if this scares you off, then you probably aren't right for me anyway.
Also, another point to be made in trying to scare people off. I have a keen interest in BDSM, and while it's not anything in the too crazy column. A lot of people are gonna look at that and be turned off on me right away, and I am perfectly all right with that. I am not putting this in here because I am eager to jump into bed with anyone. I want to take things slow with the next person I date. However, by putting it here I am saving an awkward conversation in the future. Lol. I want my next serious relationship to be my last serious relationship. So a person interested in me has to keep an open mind and take the good, alongside the bad. If my bad isn't for you, then you aren't for me.
Other than that, I am definitely not looking for a one night stand. I want to take things a little slow and get to know one another. I have rushed things way too much, way too often in the past and I want to do it right this time. So if you like what you see, I hope to hear from you.
