I'm a lot more than you can handle but don't worry, I'll help you through it.

I love living my life and I'm looking for someone who wants to enjoy their life, too. Perhaps we can do some of it together. My religion is nature. I'm happiest when I can smell the pine forest or hear the ocean. I enjoy the mountains, the country and the city. I love being outdoors and will always choose it over being inside.

I like to travel. I usually try to leave town once every month or two. It doesn't have to be anything big. Just a trip to the coast or to visit friends for a few days works just fine. I don't have a lot of stamps on my passport yet but I'm going to change that. I'm planning a trip to Italy so I'm trying to learn to speak Italian.

When I'm home I like to read, walk my dog, go out for coffee, meet friends for movies, have people over for good food and wine, write, spend time with my family and play. I actually love sports on TV but that's because I see it as a reason to invite friends over for fun. It is not an addiction for me.. for example, I would never choose TV sports over sex. If you would then move on, I'm not the person for you. But seriously I like to relax and enjoy my days and nights. No drama, please. Drama will bounce you right out the door.

I have a broad, diverse group of friends. Their ages, incomes and talents are all different. Sometimes it seems like the only thing they have in common is me. I enjoy them all. I like to go out for drinks and dancing with some, go to the museum or travel with others, invite others over for barbeque. I like to do a lot of things and I don't need any one person to do everything with me but it is nice to share some common interests. I don't expect my friends to become my partners' friends but it is nice to get along.

I don't know what it's all about yet, but I'm learning. I know it's all about letting go and living life and enjoying the people around you. Perhaps you could be one of them... that might be fun.

My general idea of a good first date would be something pretty casual. I would like to meet somewhere and have coffee, lunch or drinks. I like live music so it may be fun to go see a local band. I like to check "The Weekly" to see what's going on then just get out and enjoy the city. It's fun. We could talk and get to know each other and if things work out maybe we could meet again. If we're just doing something we would do anyway and we decide not to see each other again then we've just shared a nice time with someone new. I think that works all the way around.

But there are a few things one should never do on a first date and here are some of them:
Never eat pizza - the cheese gets all over your chin.
Movies - First of all you can't talk but really it's because no matter who you are you will pale in comparison to the person on the screen.
Friends - Stopping by your friends can really muck up a first date. Think about it.. have you ever really looked at your friends?
Family - avoid family on a first date. They will just tease you incessantly and when you excuse yourself for a few moments they will tell all your secrets.
