I'm easy-going and calm. I love the ocean and everything to do with sailing. I go sailing often, but the season's coming to an end so I'm starting to cultivate some indoor pursuits. Like breathing the steam off a cup of tea, trying to get the F chord on the guitar, and reading my way through all the local libraries.

I studied English literature and publishing at University the first time around, and I'm a bit of a bookworm. The best part of my summer was when I sailed 7 different kinds of boats and read 7 books, all in one week.

I lived in France for 3 years, and I miss the language, the wine, and the lifestyle. While I lived in France I took advantage of how close everything is, and traveled as much as I could. My last trip in Europe was 3 weeks in Greece by myself. The Greek islands were idyllic and I almost didn't come home again. The Greek islands are now in a three-way tie with Vancouver and France for my favourite places on Earth.

Something relaxed and low key. A walk on the beach, an afternoon sail, a quiet bar or a coffee shop. Hot chocolate. Mmmmm.
