Hi, my name is Daniel! Im 22 years old and I am a united states Marine! I was raised in the country in Northern California and now I am stationed in Quantico Virginia! My passions in life are my family, friends, cars, trucks, being free and love! Alot of people dont understand me because I tend to act alot older than my age! I dont do stupid sh*tall the time! I owe that to my parents who brought me up to act like an adult instead of a dumbass teenager! Before I joined the Marine Corps I was a wildland firefighter and being in that profession alone opened my eyes to another side of life and it showed me exactly what I dont want to be! I loved being a firefighter and I plan on going back to it after my enlistment, but the things ive seen definately put me in check! Here in the Marine Corps its alot of the same! I see people who joined to avoid a lifestyle and some of them will succeed but some still cant get it in their head that its time to grow up and do the right things! I personally didnt join to avoid anything, I joined, well to be honest I just up and did it! call it a bone head move but im proud to serve this nation and what this nation is supposed to stand for! and im pretty sure im not going to regret it! Ive seen some really cool stuff and met some amazing people! But I really cant wait to get back to my family and enjoy the freedoms that this country provides! maybe start a family of my own someday!
