I am a writer of fiction (truth really is much stranger) an arts lover and great conversationalist. I don't suffer fools gladly and expect someone to be able to hold up their end of a discussion. I'm fun, witty, imaginative and not your ordinary freaked-out middle aged woman looking for a meal ticket. I have my own, and no, it's not my rich ex-husband!
My life so far has been unique and extraordinary and I have had the experience of almost losing my life so I am thankful for every day.

A first date...
Flowers (no candy) - I am a closet romantic. Maybe a walk outside and then on to a lovely restaurant where we can talk and not be hurried into gulping down our food. Wine, atmosphere and great food make a great backdrop for getting to know you. After a leisurely dinner, another short walk and then bring me home and say goodnight - keep the mystique going for a little while and decided when/if we will go out again.
