I'm looking for friends to meet and enjoy life and maybe see where things go. I enjoy coffee shops and book stores, which means relaxing and enjoying good company. I have always enjoyed going to art festivals that are combined with different types of food menus. I want us to be best friends and lean on each other in good times and bad.

I like playing golf as well as going to PGA tournaments, it would be nice to meet a woman that enjoys these types of things. Bike riding in the evening and hitting the trails on a weekend trip is fun too. I'm military, so organization and attention to detail are my important to me. I can be moody at times, usually because I'm irked by something said or done. I am not a materialistic guy, I don't care what you drive or how much money you make. I'm here for you, not your money. Money can't buy you love.

However, on a lighter side, I'm all romantic, kissing your hand on the first date is safe, that way you know I am interested and perhaps we can make it to date #2. Some guys don't open doors or send flowers just because. But I do, call me old fashioned. That's just me. I enjoy radio control hobbies, cars, airplanes, boats, etc. Someday I would like to earn my private pilot license again, I enjoy flying and seeing things from the air that you can't from the ground.

I don't like country music, I did at one point in time in my life when I was in college. But after a period of time, when the dog runs away, the singer has a tear in his beer, and the wife ran off with the pool boy, it's time to hang it up. I'm into rock bands, classical, and jazz. I am kind and have a big heart, and don't give it away easily. I don't like the term, "Oh, your so nice, you remind me of my brother!" That's a bit awkward. I am looking for a classy, sophistacated woman that has a high self esteem and needs a good man in her life, could that be me?

I am a sucker for a woman in high heels, aren't all guys? I'm not going to say a slow walk on the beach, because I live 8 hours from the beach, so that won't work. Perhaps enjoying a nice meal made at home or pack a picnic in a relaxed setting by a lake or big oak tree.

I believe getting to know someone begins with laughter, it kind of breaks the ice. In reference to flowers, red roses wouldn't be the thing to do. Instead yellow or pink, shows the woman I'm interested but also that that I'm thinking of her.
