These things are always awkward and I end up editing too much, but basically I'm a laid back Southerner who tries to balance enjoying life with pesky adult responsibilities. I take pride in my work but do not let it define my entire life. I much prefer catering to my inner rockstar with weekend adventures or roadtrips and experiencing new things in life while remaining grounded. My friends would say I'm dependable but spontaneous, have a twisted sense of humor, am intelligent while remaining playful and that I work hard/play hard. They would also comment on my velvety singing voice as I have been called the songbird of my generation.

I am looking for a partner in crime to share adventures and see what happens from there, no pressure. Must be able to appreciate the absurd humor of life, hold a conversation and be willing to throw yourself into a moment whether that moment is a black tie affair or rocking out at the front row of a Clutch concert. I enjoy movies (especially Coen Brothers and Tarantino flicks), a broad range of music (old country to metal to classic rock to blues), rehabbing old stuff, cars, bikes, trying to play guitar, reading (I can be a little geeky),cooking (hey, I like to eat ergo I learned to cook), watching college football and am stubborn enough to attempt things myself that I probably shouldn't like cutting my own hair or rebuilding an engine. Have never been in prison, jail, Tiajuana or rehab, so I'm not your guy if you're into drama or codependency. I am mostly content with my life (always room for improvement), but would enjoy sharing experiences with someone special. I'm pretty skeptical about internet dating sites as chemistry cannot be defined by "the 31 questions of compatability" or whatever, but hey, it's a start to meet people. Take care.

That would depend upon your interests and tastes. I mean it would be pretty uncool to take you to a monster truck rally if you're not into mud and destruction, but I also try not to be the cliche dinner and a movie guy. Unless you're into that kinda thing, then cool. As long as we're able to talk and have a good time.
