I looking for friends in the area.... and if more develops then I am open to that as well. I am down to earth, honest,caring, and have a good heart. I am comfortable with who I am and don't pretend to be something I am not. With me, what you see is what you get and those are the traits I look for in a friend and/or partner. Life is too short to put on pretenses and not live life to the fullest. I am a scorpio and as my horiscope says, I am loyal to the people I care about.

I don't like labels but my friends describe me as soft butch. I do however love being a woman. When not working, you will find me wearing jeans or cargo pants and sweatshirts or t-shirts. I enjoy all types of music...it really all depends on the mood I am in. I enjoy most anything from George Winston to Hip Hop. Of course my favorite music is the 80's. I have two four legged feline sons that I adore and an adopted 10 lb pom pin who thinks he owns the world and can take on any sized animal....he is all bark with no bite...such the baby. I am a kid at heart, love to play and joke around when I can, and love to laugh. I love to bowl, shoot pool, and go to Steel Blue on Saturday night.I am no good at pool or bowling, but have one heck of a time laughing at myself. During my off time in the summer, I can be found laying by the pool with friends and relaxing with a cooler of beer. I am not into head games or drama.....been there, done that, and have the t-shirt. LOL!

I tend to be quiet, especially when I first meet people. I can be very shy and I am trying to work on that one, because I do have a lot to offer.

Hard to say what I would do for a first date. It would depend on the person and the circumstances and whatever felt comfortable to both of us. (for those of you whose minds are headed to the gutter......not so fast. I am not that kind of person).
