I don't where to start with this but to say I am divorced after a 17 yr marriage...Thought I would be married forever but I guess that is how life is. I am not giving up yet on finding a man to share the rest of life with..

I am a mother of (2)and a also a granny of (2).One of my grandchildren is just a child that needs me...Not any kin but has my heart... My life still centers around my children so if you don't like kids, just stay away....(don't waste your/my time).

I still enjoy doing the things kids do such as zoo, amusement parks, swimming, camping whatever they come up with...I go along for the fun and supervise. As for myself I am not a big run around, I spend time home reading, playing on computer, walking dog or just watching the kids..I want to add also I am not a dare-devil type of person. I do not high-dive, backpack across the Tenn mountains or anything that requires lots of courage and energy. I am more the type to sit on a deck and watch sunsets or sunrises...

I have been a special education teacher for 27 yrs and have enjoyed it and still will continue to work until my daughter graduates. I have alot of patience. I try my best to find good in everyone. I do not like mean and rude ppl. I feel like there is a right way to treat everyone and that is with respect...

My taste in music is rock and some country...I also listen to modern Christian. I am more into the 80's...I like ACDC, Bob Seger..Just whatever is playing is fine..I will try to tolerate just about anything.

My dream is to retire and get an RV and travel. Just taking life slow and just enjoy companionship and peacefulness. Now I know this is probaly just a dream but it never helps to have one..

Right now I am just looking for a friend and if it develops into more, thats great...This dating stuff scares me because at the age of 50 it sure is different. It will take time..

I would like to go out to eat and just talk and hopefully enjoy the company...I want neither one to feel the pressure of dating. Just friendship...first.
