I am an outgoing, direct, fun-loving Harley riding woman. My kids are grown so I have lots of time to ride my Harleys and travel. I have a job that I love, people in my life that I cherish but I still have room for someone special! I take care of myself financially and expect the same from a partner. Humm, my most memorable first date was after meeting a guy online. we met at a local bar to see if we had any chemistry, we did! So he asked me out for a riding date. This was before I had my own bike so, I was riding with him. I met him at his house. we chatted nervously and then went outside and got on the bike. So, I get on the back and I am so nervous. What do I hold on to? I held on to the seat... we rode about 60 miles. He talked to me but it was hard to hear him. We ended up at this little biker bar in S.C. It was a beautiful day. The whole ride there I was thinking about not being too forward, so I didn't hold on to him. lol On the way back, the sun was shining, the birds were singing...three miles down the road, a downpour like I have never seen!!! And cold, down to your bones. I was freezing!!! But what to do? I could have held on to him to stay warm but NOOOO, I didn't want to seem forward...so we get back to his house and he offers me clothes while he dries mine. I reluctantly agreed. We are sitting on the couch and he finally touches me...No make-up, hair a total wreck, in his clothes...Our first KISS... It was very nice but d*mn, he could have done that before he put me on the back of his bike!!! lol.. After the kiss, ....well there were many more dates...lol
Ideal dates are about how you handle yourself, not what you do or how much money you spend, it is all about getting to know someone in a genuine way. Being open to differences and common threads in your life. Listening and being honest.
