I'm a rather confident man.I'm well rounded and have many interests.I choose responsibility over recreation and firmly believe I am right for doing so.

I have two children that spend every other weekend with me. And they are my main priority. I am their guide. And have no shame in telling you that they are first in my life.

I love the outdoors which is where I choose to spend most of my free time. I love to be on the water and go white water rafting quite often. I also enjoy fishing, camping, geocaching, hiking, hunting, mountain biking, and even play paintball on occasion. I'm drawn to adventure and like to participate in weekend survival outings. I also enjoy live theater. And spend at least one night a month at the Barter Theater in Abingdon Va. Playing poker (Texas Hold EM) is another of my favorite past times. And though I have no interest in clubs or that lifestyle. I do attend poker events at some of the local bars.

I value honesty over all other characteristics.I'm drawn to a strong mind and can spend hours deep in conversation. I belive that family comes first. And like to spend Sunday afternoon visiting with them. I will gladly spend an evening on the couch with the right person. And I do enjoy watching movies but I'm not the type to sit in front of the TV as a way to pass time. In fact I seldom ever watch TV.

You could say I'm a bit of a romantic. I'm rather thoughtful. And I'm not at all opposed to picnics, porch swings, or public affection. In fact, I'm rather fond of such things.

I would choose dinner by the fireplace in my favorite restaurant. But I'm open for suggestions.
