I'm a true friend and a loving and compassionate person to the core. I'm intelligent and thoughtful. I'm fun and love to socialize and party but also not entirely irresponsible. I'm a self-made man and make a good honest living running my own business, so I get to live by my own schedule. I love to travel, especially road trips, camping, backpacking, going to outdoor parties, and anything on the water.

I'm a very multifaceted person with a lot of interests, mostly of the creative type. I'm into a lot of different kinds of music. I grew up on punk and ska, spent some time being really into industrial and metal, and in more recent times have been into various types of electronic music (no not the club crap you've probably heard if you're not into it), underground hip-hop, reggae, dub... Also some of the newer indie and folk-indie is cool, I don't follow it so closely but go to some of the shows.

Socially I'm very versatile, I'm into a lot of various types of scenes and can just as easily kick it at a dive bar, a psychobilly show, a psytrance party in the desert, a dubstep party in a warehouse, a goth club, or a backyard barbecue with some friends. I've got the social chameleon thing down because I'm open minded enough to appreciate a lot of different kinds of people, music, styles, cultures and art.

Personality wise I'm kind of a smart ass but a very sweet and genuine guy. I've got a sharp, clever wit and a good sense of humor but I'm not usually a show off type. It comes out in conversation, I can be very sarcastic but not in that annoying all the time sort of way. I say the kinds of stuff that will make someone call me a fùcker but with a smile on their face.

I'm an exceptionally intelligent guy but I don't ever try to flaunt it or use it as an excuse to look down upon others. I don't use lots of obscure words to try to confuse people and sound smart. I am humble and I like that trait in others, it shows self-security. I'm a very philosophical thinker, and as a result of that everything I hear goes through a powerful bullshìt filter.

When I imagine what my perfect girl would be like... she would have a genuinely sweet, warm personality, but she would also be passionate. She would be adventurous and full of life. And she would also be different than me, in ways that complement me, so that we'd both have something unique to offer each other - especially in terms of music, culture, interests, hobbies, etc.

Something fun that leaves room for actual conversation, like getting lunch and then maybe going and doing something fun outside. The beach, the park, going hiking somewhere, going to a farmers market or day festival, maybe cruise out to venice beach and walk the strip. The best way to get to know someone is to actually do stuff with them. Ultimately I'd like to meet someone I can spend more than a couple of dates with, but I'm not trying to push things too fast. Show me you're fun to be around and I'll probably want to be around you. ;)
