Yay! A box where I get to talk about me! (Spoken only with slight sarcasm.)

Uh oh. What do I write? Do I talk about my favorite color? My favorite band? My favorite hobby? Or am I being too shallow with such trivial things? Maybe I should claim to be funny and deeply philosophical, though I can't imagine that anyone here would claim to be anything less.

I'm an actor and a writer. Since I live in Austin, I have, of course, been in a band. I'm looking for someone with whom I can discuss the nature of reality and what it means to be human for hours on end. Then make out. I'm a huge fan of kissing. I think that kissing seems to get forgotten in this day and age. Kissing is the sexiest part of sex, in my opinion.

I'm really into meeting new people. My new game that I play whenever I go out with my friends is to see how many new people I can meet and bring into our group that evening. It's a blast. This modern American culture of social isolationism doesn't know what it's missing. Strangers are FUN!

I like stories about people. Real human beings. However, I find books and movies about real life very boring, I mean, I live real life every day, why do I want to read about it? So, I like stories about real people in extraordinary circumstances.

I like to start sentences with the words, "I like."

One of my favorite things to do, once every two weeks or so, when I have a day off, is to put on classical music (sorted chronologically starting in the Baroque and finishing with late Romantic), open up a bottle of wine, and spend the day drinking and cleaning and writing. Ever rocked out to Handel? It's good times.

Also I am funny and deeply philosophical.

I like to go to parks (weather permitting) and have picnics. Not -real- picnics where you prepare all the food yourself, but where I order the food carryout from a nice restaurant and bring some wine and chill on a blanket and get to know you.

Should it be too chilly or rainy outside, then I like to go to coffee shops or ice-cream parlors. Someplace quiet. I really, really love the rain, so hot coffee (with whiskey in it, let's be honest) sitting next to the window, looking out at the rain would be just about the best thing ever in my book.
