I am an old hippie addict from the 70’s(born & raised in Philadelphia ,Pa.) that got born again in 1987. I lived in South Florida most of my adult life. Been a preacher, a teacher and a worship leader. I’ve been through hell on earth due to my dysfunctional upbringing and my own life choices. Had way too much spiritual Christian teaching and professional therapy to ever be anything close to normal. I have been a part of some great ministries including a non-denominational coffee house run by a social worker. It was charismatic and educational to say the least.

Most of my life I have been a remodeling carpenter, mason and painter. I am inventive and entrepreneurial. I can create and build anything. I broke my hip in 2000, got divorced, struggled with depression, went back to school and got a degree in Human Services. Worked, taught and served in drug rehabs for 5 years. I presently am working in medical billing and am not really that happy doing it, but it is job security.

I love Christ with every fiber of my being but don’t consider myself religious at all. I seek a balanced and peaceful woman with similar experiences. I desire a loving, egalitarian relationship with lots of togetherness, communication, and true intimacy in all of its wondrous forms. I love to talk and converse with my partner and be close and do stuff together, like partners in crime, but without the crime. LOL. I need a strong, intelligent and grace filled woman of God. Bonus points for administration and/or puter tech skills.LOL I have a strong unending desire to share what I have learned on my journey with others. I would love to find a partner who enjoys being with a man who enjoys many activities, but wants to live a committed life of helping others get healed up through education, the creative arts, and fellowship. I would love to start big ole barn of a coffee house type meeting place for the creative arts, life skills education, and fellowship.

So I am planning and working toward my goals writing material and making some teaching videos with the intent of gathering support for the above mentioned healing arts center. I am a right leaning moderate politically and love the study of philosophy. I play the keyboards and love contemporary Christian worship and rock music. I am poor as dirt , but work full time. I am overweight but eat healthy and exercising. I have recently lost some of my teeth, but hope to have my dentures some time this year. Sometimes my big Italian mouth gets me into to trouble( I always try to be careful of that and it is rare). I love to laugh and have fun and have been known to be the most uplifting and hope filled person in the room. I am the one who takes lemons and makes the lemonade often. Optimism, Empathy, Inspiration, and Verbally Affirming others are my strongest natural qualities.

I love to cook and bake. I can whip up food of every kind without any effort at all. For two on a daily basis or for large groups of any number. I dont even break a sweat, it is pure pleasure. I love to cook and serve for those I love.

I enjoy comedy, romantic comedy, and adventure movies and tv. I like programs and movies that inspire one to be a better human being. I do not care for violence or drama or stuff like that and basically won't watch it. If the program is a very tastefully done mystery or drama,I might watch as long as it is not too graphic.
