Thanks for checking me out. I'm an honest, forthright woman with good communication skills looking for a one woman man with the same attributes. I have a quick, wicked sense of humour, so beware! I love life and try to find the good in people and situations and usually end up laughing at my own mistakes more than anything. Animals have been my whole life, so my man must love animals. I've recently taken up golf and love the game. I'm pretty much into anything that'll keep me busy (and almost out of trouble!) I love traveling, whether it be road trips to visit friends and family or out of country... and have enjoyed seeing places from Australia to the Dominican.I've had to work hard my whole life, so need someone to help me stop and smell the roses, instead of transplanting, weeding and mulching them! I love my jeans and riding boots, but have been told I clean up "real purdy" and that I don't look or act my age. Family is very important to me and I don't like to intrude on my grown boys too much, so find the time lonely. I watch very little TV, but love my music..various kinds, esp. C&W and you can't beat old time R&R. I am a busy gal, but I think I make myself busy to avoid lonesomeness. I'm not a princess or high maintenance, but I do enjoy being treated like a lady. I love to spoil my man, and love being spoiled in return. Thoughtfulness, consideration and humour are wonderful traits..for both of us. I enjoy a drink or a glass of wine but my life does not focus around liquor and I'm definitely not into the bar scene.

I honestly don't think meeting for the first time qualifies as being a "first date", so to meet over a coffee or lunch would be good...somewhere quiet where we could get to know each other. A REAL first date is another matter, but would still have to appeal to both of us.
