Some of my favorite things -

Surfing. Travel. Surf Travel. Surf Travel and practicing Spanish (currently at a 6-year-old level). Coffee beans in all of its many forms. Spicy food. Figuring out how things work. Paintings that take me somewhere else. Inspired music. Any travel. World travel.

Get a coffee. Go for a walk/hike. Look at art. Go to the grocery store.

A first date here is probably the same as meeting someone randomly at which point you ask them on a first date. So a second date here is like a first date done without internet resources. That means the first date here is the equivalent of asking which avocados you think are the best, so we can really talk about what type of music we enjoy - which leads to asking out to go see some cool music (which would be a second date here - a first date in the random-encounter dating world).

So - a first date would be getting to know each other to see if we want to go on a 'first' date.
