Hmmm, what to say here, it's not often you have to describe yourself. Well, I love singing. So, You will find me doing karaoke with friends, singing in my car, anywhere. Or, you may find me bowling, watching sports, playing sports (tennis, football, baseball, etc.)staying home with a movie, generally all with friends. I would love to be able to find that woman out there that can accept me for who I am, not want to change me, and not be into playing emotional or mental games. If you're not ready to find a lasting love, don't make anyone think you are. I want a woman who can see past the haze that society has put around "relationships". We have strayed from what a relationship truely is, and almost commercialized it. A relationship isn't about what the other person has, how much money they have, how good looking and accepted they are in public, or the status they have. A true relationship is about friendship, attraction, love, loyalty, commitment, sacrifice, compromise, romance, and so much more. It survives with all of the little things that people take for granted. The occasional look, touch, surprise, favor, thought, gentle act...... those things are so important in a relationship. All too often these days, people are committing to relationships just to say they aren't single. Or, for some other reason other than the right one......We are genuinely into each other.

I am what you might call the "dying breed of gentleman". I believe that a woman should be treated with respect, as you would like to be treated. I am big into the "old way of doing things". I like to open doors, hold hands, cuddle, enjoy each other's time and company, as well as have our own time. I believe the guy should always be there for his gal, whether it be for emotional support, moral support, or any other reason. Loyalty and faithfulness are major points of interest for me. I don't cheat, so I expect the same. I would rather get the phone call at 3 in the morning letting me know things are over and you are about to be with someone, then to have you do it, hide it, and have it eat away at us. What a waste of time that would be. Call me the nice guy, I'm used to it. I just don't like that all too often, it makes me finish last. Be that as it may, It has brought me here, and here I shall see if "the one" may be.

**I am not here for casual hook-ups, only someone that's serious about looking for long-term connections, love, romance, and happiness with someone. Understanding, however, that what I am seeking takes time to find, and time to grow.

I believe that a first date should be doing something that encourages the two people involved to chat. Too many people go to the movies on the first date. How do you learn about each other when you can't talk? Therefore, going out to dinner, or a romantic picnic in the park, a concert, who knows? The first date should be something that both parties will enjoy, and give time for both to enjoy the company of the other. Just call me the die-hard romantic that likes adventure and fun.
