Hello!

Some might call me a home body. I usually would enjoy an evening spent at home cooking dinner with a companion,(and possibly some friends) with wine and a good movie. Or possibly dinner out and then maybe a short (or long) walk around the lake.

My taste in music is - anything but rap! I prefer mountains to the beach.

Fall is my favorite time of year, I do prefer cooler weather over the Texas heat, with hopes to one day live in the Northwest (I have been many times). My daughter currently lives there now with her husband and it is the most beautiful part of the country, in my opinion! However Texas has it's own beauty too - I am a native Texan, even a native Dallasite and proud of my roots. I have a very large family, nine siblings and twenty - something nieces and nephews, most all live in the area.

Looking for a truly godly man that leads a balanced life between work and play.

I am not looking for a man who is into extreme sports or dare devil type events, motorcycles, body art, piercings, illegal drugs, smoking, Nascar, monster trucks or an unbalanced relationship with sports.

I have been to over half the states in the Union and would love to visit the states I have missed with a good man by my side!
