Based on my experience here so far I guess I have to rewrite or add something here...so here's an update as of 12/23/09...if I email you, I'm not trying to have sex with you. I'm not saying I never will or would want to....but take a deep breath and lets not be children. Seems like the default reaction is to assume a message contains every devious intention of sexual nature that is possible. People are more standoffish on here than they are if you meet them on the street...and that's saying something! I'm a pretty genuine person, doesn't mean I've never been disingenuous, but an honest person will honestly tell you that they've been dishonest before and will be again sometime...honestly ;) I'm here with the intention of meeting new people, I have it listed that I'm looking for "friends" cuz they only let you choose one...but I don't close any doors or corner myself. Maybe we'll just talk every now and then or maybe we'll never talk, maybe no one's even read this far :/ maybe we'll meet up a few times or maybe well hang out quite a few times, maybe we'll end up having sex or maybe we'll become great friends...but when I email you...I'm not trying to have sex with you, sexy though you may be :)

At the top of my list of hobbies, music has to be there. My band of 7 years recently disbanded in Sept of 2009 so I'd list performing as the funnest and most gratifying thing I do but all good things must come to an end at some point unfortunately. Currently, however, I'm staying busy on the local scene working with a friend to create a non-profit organization called Sac Music Rocks that focuses on local music and music scene promotion in-and-around Sacramento. But I can't see myself not getting back into a band in the next year or two...performing and writing music is one of the most influential things in my life.

When I get time totally to myself I like to go camping and hiking...mostly in Yosemite. I used to be a climbing instructor and there's nothing in this world that can take my heart and soul away from the outdoors and adventure.

I love to go to local shows and on my geek side...I love to play the board game "Risk" and a vampire game that's similar to Dungeons and Dragons ....don't judge me ;)

I'm just a few classes away from my bachelors degree in Anthropology from Sac State, I wanted to teach for the longest time but after I started my own business I really just enjoyed the ability to create my own hours and make money for myself and not someone else...so I'm an online wholesaler. I have also coached for the Stairway to Stardom Music Education program at Skips Music for the past 4 years.

Not really into a "date" ....makes it so awkward and leaves me wondering "what should I do now?" I like more relaxed settings like goin to a show, playing some pool, hanging out at a party or with some friends...whatever comes up really. I think it's a lot easier to get to know someone by hangin out with them and their friends and doing un-date-like things.
