I'm an easy going, open minded and very curious 'try anything' type of person. I'm also well aware that almost everyone says that in their profile but I actually try to live it.
An explorer at heart, I grew up moving from country to country with my family, spending at most 4 years in any one place.
As hobbies go I’m an avid photographer, writer, cyclist, hiker and scuba diver. I'm a compulsive reader, walker and coffee shop addict. I like cooking, conversations, kissing and a good glass of red wine. I like them all even more when combined.
I tend to be affectionate, sentimental and occasionally even romantic but am not without my wilder side too!
I'm quirky, sarcastic and a veritable cornucopia of useless facts.
I also try to volunteer and help out where and when I can. I think this is a great quality that everyone should aspire to.

I enjoy going out just as much as I like staying home and cuddling on the couch.
I have two cats and I am but their humble servant. It's true what they say. Dogs have owners but cats... cats have staff.

A firm believer in ongoing personal challenge and growth, I have recently returned to university with aspirations of a degree in Nutritional Anthropology. I'm in my first semester and loving every minute of it.

I've been called a lot of things throughout my life but these seem particularly apropos...at least that's what my friends say. Apparently I am Generous, Caring, Intelligent, Artistic, Curious, Geeky, Romantic and even Dorky. I can't argue... I am a bit of a dork at times but like to think of that as a good thing.

I'd start by getting us hopped up on caffeine... Then grab our cameras and wander about the city taking random photographs. We'd finish the night with a bottle of red wine and some good food at a quiet restaurant where we could sit in the window watching the world go by and chat about life, the universe and everything...
