It truly is. Well, any successful relationship involves both people working at it, in my opinion.

Hmm, let's see. It's hard for me to talk about myself, since I've never been a good self promoter. I've always let my actions do the talking for me. But let me say that I am a very conscientious, honest, and respectful guy that treats people the way I would want to be treated. I am looking for someone who has the same outlook as well.

I currently work in the city for 2 different companies as a Business Manager, and while it's not the most exciting job in the world, it does keep a level of consistency in my life. I actually did not study business in college. I studied screenwriting. (?!?!) Yes, totally incongruous, what I do now and what I studied. It's like the 2000s version of Poli Sci. However, even though I studied writing and work in business, I am actually a musician (go figure). I am a guitarist, and out of all the things I've been, I would consider myself that first and foremost.

I do have an eclectic taste in music. It runs the gamut from Top 40, to Latin (everything in latin, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, latin rock), to jazz, new age, classical. Pretty much everything except country and rap.

I guess what makes me a good catch is the fact that I am a very malleable yet sturdy person. I do have my own opinions, likes and dislikes, but I am always open to trying new things and going to new places. I am very openminded, and I would hope that you are also. Finally, I am a big fan of open communication. After all, without good communication, this would all be for naught, right?

Well, I've done the typical first date stuff (movies, dinner, coffee, catching a show), but I've always wanted to do something a little more out there, like maybe karaoke night? Or even something like wine tasting. Exploring different avenues would be a cool first date. If you are up for something like that, that would be extremely excellent!
