I'm primarily a dog, cat, horse veterinarian.I love my job and my time is my own. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out in the woods,canoeing the lake or river,hunting, and doing home improvement projects. My current short term goal is to get my tipi up on my place on Skiatook Lake. My long term goal is to build a log cabin hideaway. I'd like to find a woman that shares some of my interests and tolerates the rest of them. I have raised two fine boys and my stepdaughters by my late wife have provided me grandsons to teach what I know (or think I know). I'm pretty laid back. I've been told I have a good sense of humor. I express my love mainly by my actions, trying to please my mate. I'm easily motivated by hugs, kisses, and encouraging words. In other words I need a cheerleader. My taste in music is broad but mainly I like classic/southern rock, country, and some blues. I try to live everyday like it was my last with no regrets. Lately that's been working well for me.

A first date would be to go somewhere not too loud or busy, but with some distraction and just get to know a little more about each other to see if there's enough chemistry for a second date.
