I have an interesting mix of character traits. I’m an introvert with a lot to say. I’m a deep thinker with intense, passionate emotions. I value spontaneity, but I’m possibly also the most organized person you’ll ever meet. I’m full of surprises and seeming contradictions.

I have a vivid imagination. I like meeting people who are different from me, because they can stretch the boundaries of what I know and show me new worlds. I like having deep conversations about life, but I’m equally into going out dancing, or hang gliding, or target shooting. Or spending quiet evenings at home on the couch, reading, playing board games, or snuggling.

I’m going through a life transition of epic proportions. I used to work in non-profit management. While I’m still a keener about social and environmental justice, I’m an artist at heart. So, I paint, I write, I draw, and I sing out loud whenever the mood strikes me. Plus I’m a feminist stand-up comic (how’s that for seeming contradictions?)

I’m on a very simple diet due to food allergies, so right now that means preparing most everything I eat from nourishing whole foods. I read voraciously. I like swimming, riding my bike, doing yoga, and generally being active - especially in nature and outdoors. I live in a collective house and I have ambitious plans for my next summer’s flower garden.

I’m good with my hands, by which I mean fixing and making things, but whatever innuendo came to your mind is probably also valid. Oh, and I should warn you, I am exceptionally gouda-t making cheesy puns.

And yes, if we hit it off, I will make you borscht.
