It seems mighty cold on here.

I am looking for someone that wants to spend time with me going out to nice restaurants, etc. and enjoying some of the nicer things in life. If dating leads to more, that would be fantastic.

Now for a little about me.

I am a great friend and approach things with a positive attitude. Most of the people I hang with, I've known for years. I'm a very balanced guy who is a great friend to those around me. I like to play sports like tennis and golf. I like getting to know people and am easy to talk to. I'm fun in a laid back sort of way. I like being around people and prefer small group settings or one on one time versus large parties or get togethers.

One of my favorite things is food including eating out. And it is so much more enjoyable when you get to spend an evening eating with someone else. If I had cable, my TV would be tuned to the Food Network most of the time. I love to try new restaurants and to cook new recipes. I'm not a great cook but I manage and I at least like most things that I cook. :)

I also like to occasionally go to concerts and other live events. I especially like One World Theater. It is a great small venue where you can see some really good performances.

I enjoy trying new things and being adventurous.

ps. I'm actually only 5'6" but wanted to see if you ladies were excluding me just because I'm short. haha. lol. ;)

Meeting someone over dinner or lunch or at a wine bar is a pretty good way to get to know someone. That type of activity gives plenty of opportunity to get a relationship started with some great conversation. And that is a good place to start.
