I'm a easy going guy who likes to travel to new places and revist old ones on occasion. Over the past few years I have done a lot of traveling through my work all over the US and Europe. I work as an Information Technology manager in the big town of Mt Olive and have done so for the past 10 years. I also consult for other companies on the side for fun. Right!! lol I'm not the typical IT person or sterotype you probably have in mind. I like to hunt and fish, go to the gym for a good workout and hangout with friends on the weekends. As far as my hobbies go, I stay busy when I want and relax when I need too. I fly R/C planes sometimes for relaxation, shoot long range for frustration, hunt to just get away from the world for a bit. I also like camping at the beach in the summer to just get away for the weekend.

Being in IT has been great but my real passion is for animals. I should have been an exotic animal vet or something along those lines. A few years ago I got a wild hair and bought a Bobcat from Montana as a kitten. That was a trip!! I had the most fun with that cat as I have ever had with any animal in my life!!! It was like a child that I have never had. I think my mom cried for about 2 weeks before I got him thinking that she was going to find me eaten by a bobcat. Well, Nero became part of the family in about 6 months and my mom came over to visit him regularly. He was a truely unique animal and I will never forget the experience I had in those two years with him. They are a lot of work and I would love to have another one in the future. The state wouldn't give me a permit so I had to let him go to the zoo in Wilmington where he is today. That was probalby the saddest day of my life!! It was like having a child taken from you, words can't express the feeling.
