I've just arrived here to Texas and I don't know anybody, so I thought this wouldn't be a bad place to start. I make it a point not to take life too seriously, whatever happens happens. I'm not real big on just listing a resume for myself, but I will say that I've always been pretty cool headed and confident in what I do and I have a passion for life. I appreciate great things, including travel and discovering other culture. One of my favorite experiences is meeting someone new and interesting.

I'm just like any other guy, I wanna find a girl who's beautiful inside and out and make something special out of it. Beyond that, I love the pursuit of knowledge and that's what makes me happy on a day to day basis. I wanna discover new things, new ways of thinking, new languages, new foods, new ways to get the adrenaline racing and reasons to yell "Oh $(%*!"

I'm a terrible artist. If I had a gun to my head, then I'd draw very shaky stick figures, that'd be about it. But I'm pretty good at writing, it's always been a passion of mine and it would be a life goal achieved if I ever got published. One of the greatest forms of flattery is telling me you were moved by my literature.

Books: Silence of the Lambs, The Raven, and when I was a kid I loved RL Stein. :)

Movies: Silence of the Lambs (surprise), Scarface, Shaun of the Dead, Dr. Strangelove, Casablanca, Mike Myers movies (So I Married an Axe Murderer), Kevin Smith movies (Clerks!!), most Will Smith movies, Blazing Saddles and Sweeney Todd.

Music: I swear I love all kinds of music (except most country), but for the life of me I cannot remember any band names or song names. It just kind of goes with my easygoing personality I guess. So, the shameless answer: Lots.

Food: Sushi, pho, well prepared italian food, most seafood, tofu, everything!! I can't think of anything that's generally considered edible that I do not enjoy, except miracle whip (but that's a given). Generally, I like fruits more than sweets. I'd rather have an apple than some chocolate.

I like classy, intelligent, beautiful girls who can hold a conversation. I don't like average, I don't like bimbos, I don't like gold diggers and I don't like drama. Darker features are sexy. No blondes, sorry.

A small, quiet restaurant works best. Just drinks for the first time around, just for ease of commitment. Something that's got some privacy and isn't too loud, I'm not thinking of a noisy chain restaurant with anklebiters running around. Something where I can get to know you and figure you out, and make sure you don't do freaky stuff to frozen turkeys or something like that.
