Time for an update. Have moved back to the mainland and am enjoying seeing people I haven't seen for a while and doings things I haven't had the chance to do for a while. U2 this past week was a good start!

I enjoy live music (lots of good concerts coming up!(classic rock mostly)and live comedy. I enjoy festivals and auctions, antiques, art, books, movies, museums, coffee and cafes, good food and getting together with friends and family.

I have done a bit of travelling the last few years and plan to do a lot more in the years to come. I went back to England this summer for a wedding, it's a fabulous place! Europe is more my destination of choice rather than the tropical spots. I was lucky enough to visit Belgium for a few days this last trip and it was lovely and quaint. I tend to exhaust myself on these trips as I want to take in as much as possible in a limited amount of time! A month in the South of France or England might be one way to slow down!! I'll word towards that one :)

I go to the gym 3 times a week and am now also enjoying walking in the trails behind my new home, weather permitting!

I would like to meet a nice man with similar values and some similar interests. It's also nice to meet people that can introduce me to other things I may not have considered before. It would also be nice to meet someone that has kids, at home or all grown up like mine. I just think anyone who is a parent is just a wee bit hunmbler and I find I can relate to another parent more easily!

A sense of humour is a must. There it too much negativity in the world today and we need to balance it somehow. Emotionally and finacially stable doesn't hurt either!

I'm really bad at selling myself on this type of site! I do consider myself pretty young at heart. It might have something to do with denial about how fast the time has gone by but I prefer looking at life with a more youthful outlook, rather than an old fogy outlook! Younger people tend to like me too so that helps!

Something laid back, easy breezy, no pressure! Coffee and a stroll. Fort Langley isn't far from me now and it's a great place to stroll, antique hunt, have coffee or whatever!
