On a first date I would generally go out for a glass of wine to really get to know the other person. It'd always be some where to talk at first; but afterwards I'm up for just about anything... music, fesitvals, theatre, a good movie, going for a hike, hanging out at the beach. As long as its spontaneous and fun.
